| All United States orders are shipped either by UPS ground, FedEx ground or U.S. Mail. Shipping charges are calculated by billiardsbay.com per individual order. Please allow one to three weeks for delivery. All returns must be within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Customers must email first to receive an Email Return Authorization. that authorization must be printed and sent back with the item to be returned
All merchandise must be returned unused, in its original box and in re-sellable condition in order to receive full credit. We can not give credit for opened or used equipment. All returned products will be given a full refund less the original cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. If you choose to mail your shipment via the US Postal Service, please insure the package. If it is not insured and it is lost or damaged, we cannot honor the refund. FedEx and UPS ground automatically insure the packages for up to $100.
Videos and DVD are not eligible for return.
